Jane is an experienced manager turned corporate coach and trainer.
While working in the Banking and Finance industry, Jane became involved in the delivery of a leadership program and made a career move into Learning & Development. In this role Jane designed and delivered programs focusing on Management and Leadership skills.
Initially Jane's 6 years experience in facilitation and training has been within the financial services industry, enabling Jane to establish a genuine rapport with participants of a similar background. She now works with Managers in a broad range of industries including healthcare, engineering, FMCG, media, hospitality.
Jane has been involved in the design, development and delivery of New Skill Development programs such as Performance Management, Giving Feedback, Conflict Management, Negotiation, Team Leader Development, Effective Meeting and Presentation Facilitation, Recruitment New Business Initiatives: Program Roll-Out, Up-Skilling, Train the Trainer and Culture Change Initiatives, Team Building: Team Management Systems Profiling, Team Member Self Awareness and Team Development Coaching: Personal Change, Effective Leadership, New Manager Development and Career Mentoring.
Jane has a Bachelor of Financial Administration from the University of New England and she is a practitioner of Life Style Inventory (LSI), Team Management Systems (TMS), Hermann Brain (HBDI), Meta coaching and Neuro linguistics.
