Nicole brings eleven years of sales, brand management and learning & development experience to the talkforce team. With a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry Nicole boasts experience with multinational's Hoechst Marion Roussel, Eli Lilly and Novartis.
Nicole is passionate about making a difference through developing people and in turn impacting business outcomes. Her well developed business acumen enables her to work at all levels of business, particularly focusing on the development of sales representatives and sales managers.
With experience in marketing and learning & development Nicole ensures that programs are developed which will allow sales representatives to utilise product information and marketing strategy in combination with selling skills to optimise sales performance and outcomes.
Nicole holds a Graduate Certificate in General Management and a Diploma of Applied Science, a Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment and Training and an accreditation as a practitioner of Herman Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI) and Insights.
Nicole specialises in the areas of selling skills, effective presentation skills, negotiation, interpersonal communication and facilitation.
