Rose joined talkforce in January 2008 from CBA (Commonwealth Bank of Australia), where she performed her role as National Learning Delivery Manager, rolling out and delivering training to more than 20,000 thousand staff in the areas of:
- Leadership
- Presentation
- Negotiation
- Communication
- Customer service
- Team building
Rose brings to talkforce a results-focused, pragmatic approach developed from 11 years in banking and finance with CBA - an environment she describes as "demanding, challenging, with high expectations, yet very rewarding."
Rose's experience with all levels at CBA, gives her the versatility to work effectively with organisations from entry-level participants through to the most senior management.
She has a strong belief and passion for delivering any form of training through an experiential framework, rather than just having a talking head reciting facts and figures. "The best training should give tips and tools and also allow participants space to experience, to play and practise, and to ask themselves how different theories can fit and apply in their world."
What drives her - "You can see people change - their improvement from when they walk into a session to when they walk out, with new skills and more confidence" says Rose.
As a lead trainer and facilitator for talkforce, Rose balances the demands of her work with her husband and 2 young children.
