Trevor Byrne
Consultant
Trevor brings to talkforce 25 years of learning and development experience and generalist L&D capability. He has a passion for the learning process and working towards achieving successful outcomes at all levels within an organisation.
Most recently Trevor worked for SAP Australia and lead the Education Consulting group. The group was responsible for providing services to a wide range of clients to develop and execute training strategies for their technology implementations and beyond.
Trevor has been a training manager and consultant across multiple industries. He brings that experience and capability to the training room to assist clients fulfil their training requirements. He also has an interest in technology in relation to learning including e-Learning, virtual classes and learning management systems.
Trevor has an Associate Diploma of Training and Development from Melbourne University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Human Resource Development from Monash University. He prides himself on being able to deliver workshops that provide individuals with practical skills and abilities transferrable to the workplace.
At talkforce, Trevor is involved in facilitating Communication, Presentation, Trainer Development and Leadership Skills programs.
