Objectives:

To design and create interactive and memorable learning session, particpant materials and assessment tools.

Content:

  • Identify new learning methodologies and theories and design programs to support each one
  • Discover creative and enjoyable methods to support learning objectives. Design a range of participant materials to help develop the learning and act as information prompts
  • Plan and design session structure and develop a range of appropriate activities to support each learning style

Outcomes:

  • Discover relevant and clear assessment tools to ensure learning is taken into the workplace
  • Redesign lengthy and content heavy programs into interactive, interesting, memorable and fun sessions
  • Build greater rapport, trust and credibility with a wide range of internal and external audiences
