Presenter to Trainer

Objective:

For those with experience of delivering presentations to groups who want to enhance their skills to become a trainer, facilitator and coach.

Content:

• Build and develop current presentation skills to enhance the learning and outcomes
• Discover the theories of learning and redesign current presentations into learning experiences
• Demonstrate the difference between trainer, facilitator and coach. Identify alternative presenting styles to suit appropriate content and groups.

Outcomes:

• Develop questioning and probing skills to ensure the participants are accountable for their own learning experiences
• Design creative methods to help deliver Experience, Reflection, Theory and Practice during a session
